Charles E. Sackermann, Jr. - Principal: Mr. Sackermann is a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas College with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and a concentration in communication. He has been actively involved in the telecommunications industry for many years with his expertise lying in site development and construction, site management, satellite teleport and cellular telephone communications. Vernice Sackermann-Miller – Secretary and Treasurer/Managing Member: Ms. Miller is a 25 year veteran in the telecommunications industry. She is currently responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of several Sackermann family communication businesses. She has extensive experience in accounting operations, customer billing, customer support and lease administration. Ms. Miller is a graduate of Bergen Community College. She obtained a degree in Early Childhood Education. She serves as a board member for various privately held companies. Kathleen Sackermann-McGovern – Executive Vice President/Managing Member: Ms. McGovern is a 20 year veteran in the telecommunications industry. Her responsibilities include overseeing the human resources department, negotiating the insurance for the businesses and employee benefits, handling payroll and assisting in the company accounting department. Ms. McGovern is a graduate of Felician College with a Bachelor of Science degree. She also has an RN degree and is certified by the state of New Jersey. She serves as a board member for various privately held David Amundsen - Director of Engineering: Mr. Amundsen oversees the technical and operational aspects of the CSC family of companies. In particular, he directs CSC's teleport and tower site operations. He also directs the planning and implementation of special projects including wireless communications installations and relocations. Mr. Amundsen has an extensive background in the design, implementation and maintenance of microwave and satellite communications systems. His career began in the cable television industry where he managed a headend and microwave engineering office. In addition to proficiencies in video, RF and satellite systems his competencies include project management and the management and training of staff. David is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology. Brad Bliss – Site Supervisor: Mr. Bliss brings over ten years experience in the direct day-to-day management of major wireless telecommunication facilities including TV & FM station installations, as well as tower structural maintenance. Jason Taormina – Project Engineer: Jason graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2005 with a degree in electrical engineering. Jason started out at CSC supervising the acquisition, construction and management of new communication sites in the rural areas of eastern Pennsylvania, central New York and western New Jersey. In 2007, Jason transferred to CSC's Satellite Division managing the Miami Earth Station during a transitional period, as well as recruiting and training new personnel. Starting in 2008, Jason took on the role of selecting and implementing all information systems and information policies throughout the CSC family of companies. Jason was heavily involved with the merger when CSC bought Digital Video Systems, and was a key player in integrating the technical teams of the two companies. Since 2009, Jason has been charged with managing special projects and overseeing the development of new products and services for both CSC and DVS. Helio J. Gonzalez – Miami Teleport Manager: Mr. Gonzalez has more than 30 years of experience in the satellite communications field. An electrical engineer graduate of the University of Havana in 1972 majoring in telecommunications, he started his career in 1973 at Caribe Earth Station where he was the principal engineer for 15 years. In addition he worked as a satellite communications adviser at Emtelcuba and ETECSA a Cuban telecommunications company, and as an antenna design adviser at Cuban Industrial Enterprise. He received additional training at Alcatel in France and at Intelsat in Washington D.C. He dictated satellite communications courses and conferences at ISPJAE Technology University of Havana, ETECSA and Teachers College at Columbia University. He has also written many articles for various technical magazines. |
